 Are you…

- Anxious or overwhelmed?

- Navigating a challenging transition?

- Burnt out with the challenges of parenting?

- Overwhelmed by past trauma?

- Tired of beating yourself up?

Are you simply feeling “off” but aren’t sure why and just need someone to talk to?

You Are Not Being Dramatic.

It’s my mission to normalize prioritizing our mental well-being in the same way we do for our physical health (e.g., gym memberships, organic groceries, routine doc check-ups), our careers and our families.

Whether you’ve been struggling for a while now, feel stuck, or recognize a life goal that coaching can support, you qualify as someone who will benefit from the highest quality therapy and coaching services. You don’t need a bigger reason. You wouldn’t wait for a worse heart attack to see a doctor, would you?

Whitney has been an excellent resource for me in managing my most difficult struggles. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of sound guidance in their journey. She is genuine, smart, understanding, compassionate, and solution oriented. She is certainly the most effective therapist I’ve worked with.
